PRECISION: precision in manufacturing and in output products is essential and it’s a distinctive element of a company. In particular, for the engineering sector, the satisfaction of the customer means having the ability to stand out, offering pieces that are manufactured with the minimal margin of error.

FLEXIBILITY: we offer our customers a highly flexible service. We guarantee a detailed plan of delivery times and terms, maintaining at the same time a good flexibility margin that allow us to offer an accurate service, attentive to the customer’s needs.

OBJECTIVE: providing our customers with a service that starts from the analysis of the project and, taking into account the technical and qualitative needs, allows us to offer the most suitable construction solution.

COMPANY

Metalab was born in 2016, founded by Riccardo Caon, with a long experience behind him, which began in 2001, in the fields of mechanics and molds. The management of the entire production process, the drawing, the design of parts and the CAD/CAM programming of the work centers are all skills acquired over the years in the various companies.
In 2021 we moved to the new Resana headquarters, even larger and in a strategic position to reach our partners.
Over time, the addition of specialized personnel has made it possible both to further raise the standards of precision and the possibility of managing increasingly complex processes.

MATERIALS

Thanks to a long lasting experience and strengthened business relationships with partners that deal with materials, from turning to other different manufacturing, we do manufacturing of small and medium-size components on materials of different kind and application: steels, aluminum, cast iron, bronze, brass, copper, plastics and resins.

METHOD

We have tested a company self-controlled process that consists in a step-by-step check of the different manufacturing phases: from the arrival of raw materials, to the manufacturing process in the machineries and the compliance of the final products with the project, the packaging for the delivery to the customer. Moreover, on request we offer the possibility to have a photo report of every single phase in real time for an easier management of the progress status by the customer.

TECHNOLOGY

In short time the company has been enlarged with new machineries and softwares in order to offer a complete service of milling of single and in-a-series components.

We produce elements that require both two- and three-dimensional manufacture through a committed software for each machinery.
